String Theory - An entry for the 2006 Experimental Gameplay competition, v. RedOctane

-----------------
Premise
-----------------

You are a aliens!!! HUMAN ATTEMPT CAPTURE!!! OH NO!!! Leave screen and die!!! DO NOT FEED THE DOLPHINS.

-----------------
Controls
-----------------

Using the RedOctane Ignition Pad 3.0 should be fairly self-explanatory. Stepping on an arrow fires a hook in that direction.

If you are without a dance pad, utilize the following key arrangement:

TYU
G J
BNM

Or the numpad. Experiment - press some keys, see what they do. Again, it should be self-explanatory.

-----------------
Settings
-----------------

Edit windowsize.txt to change the window size and fullscreen on/off.

Format is: <window width (int)> <window height (int)> <fullscreen (bool)>

For example, the following will create a 640x480 window in windowed mode: 640 480 0

Change speed.txt in a similar manner to alter the speed at which the camera moves. Numbers below 1 and above 0 make it easier. Anything above 1 will increase the difficulty.

Format is: <speed multiplier (float)>

For example, this will make the camera 25% slower: 0.75
